Mayfair
Mayfair is one of London’s most exclusive and sought-after neighbourhood with an elegant mix of modern style and centuries-old tradition.

Set in the heart of London, the area takes its name from the annual May Fair, which was held on the site now known as Shepherd Market since 1686. This neighbourhood is rich in history and elegance. Some are drawn to Mayfair by the allure of village charm on the doorstep of one of the world’s busiest cities. Others enjoy the plethora of renowned restaurants, designer boutiques and private members clubs as well as the fine arts and galleries which make Mayfair so unique.

Belgravia
Part owned by the Duke of Westminster’s Grosvenor Estate, Belgravia is a magnificent residential area of London. White stucco architecture characterises the neighbourhood’s distinctive streets.

The neighbourhood has a sense of community with local eateries and boutiques dotted around Ebury, Elizabeth and Motcomb Streets.
Ebury Street is home to Eccleston Yards, a curated collection of independent shops and a wellness hub.
Belgravia is also a short walk to the vibrant Chelsea and Sloane Square, which offer access to some of the best high-street and luxury shopping brands and department stores such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Peter Jones.
This area and nearby Chelsea and South Kensington neighbourhoods are home to a range of highly sought-after schools.

Chelsea
Chelsea is a highly desirable and affluent area of prime Central London with aristocratic ties. The Manor of Chelsea was once home to some of King Henry VIII’s wives and the King’s Road takes its name from its original use, a private road for King Charles II, leading to St James’ Palace.
